Two sentenced to 11 years jail, two strokes of the rotan for raping teen

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 20 — The Sessions Court has sentenced two men to 11 years in prison and two lashes of the rotan today after finding them guilty of raping an 18-year-old girl in a car in May last year.
